level II. floor plans and elevations, selections and meeting

This level includes:

•  50 min. initial meeting plus we measure your space and create an Existing Floor Plan. For my online clients we'll need images and drawings or measurements of your space. 
• 2D Drawings- We develop the initial ideas incorporating functional requirements for the project, considering how the space will be used, after a couple of rounds of drafts we'll create a Proposed Floor Plan and Elevations of Kitchens and Bathrooms or feature walls and built ins for other rooms in the space.
• We create a Cover Page, Notes Page, Site Plan, Existing and Proposed Floor Plans, Elevation Page, delivering a complete set of drawings ready for the Building Permit Application in a PDF format (does not include any structural engineering calculations or environmental calculations that are to be added to the permit drawings)
• Furniture, Fixtures or Finishes sourcing- We create an electronic design board with clickable links to purchase. 
• Presentation meeting 50 min.
• Complimentary Edit- We include a round of editing and changes to be made to the final design board.
